Is a Polish medical degree recognised internationally?
Yes — Polish MD, dentistry and pharmacy degrees are recognised across the EU/EEA under Directive 2005/36/EC, so graduates can apply for licensing and residency in EU countries. Outside the EU (e.g. USMLE for the US, PLAB for the UK, FMGE for India), you must pass the relevant licensing exam — Polish medical schools are listed in the WDOMS/World Directory, which most of these systems require.
Is there a Numerus Clausus to study medicine in Poland?
