How to apply to Polish universities — by application portal
There is no central application system in Poland: each university decides where it collects applications, and most use an online portal. 116 of the 142 universities in the catalogue name the system they use — pick it below to get the portal link, the deadline, the fee and the contact email.
The two most common routes are the university's own portal
(65 universities) and IRK
(47 universities). You do not choose the
portal — the university does, and you register separately (and pay any
fee separately) for each university you apply to.
IRK (Internetowa Rejestracja Kandydatów / Internet Recruitment of Candidates) is the standard online recruitment system used by many Polish public universities. You create one account, register for chosen programmes and upload documents.
27 cities · 8 with an open deadline · 13 publish a fee
DreamApply is an international admissions platform used by several Polish universities specifically for foreign candidates. It is designed around English-taught programmes and handles documents, fees and messaging in one place.
For 12 universities the official pages we captured
name no application system. 15 universitieshave
no admission research in the catalogue yet — we have not read their
admissions pages, which is not the same as finding no portal there.
Either way, the route is on the individual
university page, together with the
admissions contact.
