In short: Poland has no single national application system — each university decides where it collects applications, and the ones we researched mostly use IRK/IRKa, DreamApply or a portal of their own. You register separately for each university, and pay that university's application fee where it charges one. The platform a university uses tells you roughly what the application flow will look like.
Polish universities collect applications online, but there is no single national system. Most institutions use one of a few common platforms, or run their own portal. Knowing which platform a university uses tells you roughly what the application flow will look like.
Across the 127 universities whose captured admissions pages name an application system, the platforms below are what we found. The lists are generated from that data — the same classifier that builds the portal hubs — and link straight to each university.

IRK 48 universities
IRK (Internetowa Rejestracja Kandydatów / Internet Recruitment of Candidates) is the standard online recruitment system used by many Polish public universities. You create one account, register for chosen programmes and upload documents.

For 10 universities the official pages we captured do not name an application system, and 3 have no admission research in the catalogue yet — we have not read their admissions pages, which is not the same as finding no portal there. Check the individual university page for the exact route.
Which one will I use?
You don't choose the platform — the university does. Open the programme or university page you're interested in: each university page lists its admission platform, deadlines and a direct link to the official admissions site. Whichever platform you use, only submit documents and payments through the official university links. Be cautious of third-party "agents" charging fees for free public applications.
