Wrocław University of Science and Technology (Politechnika Wrocławska), founded in 1945 by professors relocated from Lwów, is one of Poland's leading technical universities, ranked 3rd among Polish technical universities in the Shanghai Academic Ranking. BA English 2025/26: €1500/7050 PLN per semester; MA English: €2000/9400 PLN per semester (some specialised MA higher: e.g. Civil Eng MA 21200 PLN, Chemistry MA up to 32500 PLN/sem). Admission fee: €20 / 85 PLN. (approximate — verify with the university)

Tuition notes
Fee-paying international students pay 8,600–12,700 PLN per semester for bachelor's programmes taught in English (2026/2027 rates); master's programmes range from 7,900–32,500 PLN per semester. Architecture application fee is 35 EUR (vs 20 EUR for other programmes). Tuition is locked at the rate set at enrolment. Some international students may qualify for tuition-free studies (e.g. Polish-origin candidates, NAWA scholarship holders).
