- Go to the 'Aplikuj' (Apply) function on twojestudia.pl.
- Register, give the required personal data and tick the chosen field of study.
- Fill in the application form (personal, contact and education data); an email with the next steps and document deadlines is then sent.
- The recruitment committee verifies the completeness of documents, the data and the formal requirements; candidates complete any gaps by the set deadline.
- Admitted candidates deliver paper documents if required, sign the tuition agreement and confirm the study mode.

The admission rules are for the academic year 2026/2027 and are published in Polish; the steps describe part-time studies in the traditional form. Foreign documents are accepted only after legalisation or with an apostille, and a translation into Polish by a sworn translator may be required. The rules state a Polish B2 requirement for studies taught in Polish; an English-taught programme or an English requirement was not confirmed. Recruitment under these rules runs 15 May 2026 – 31 October 2026 for the winter semester 2026/27 (extended from 30 September 2026 by a Senate resolution) and 1 November 2026 – 24 February 2027 for the summer semester 2026/27; these windows apply to Polish-taught studies.
