Requirements & how to apply
- Enter the online recruitment system SIR (sir.akademiarac.edu.pl) and fill in the forms.
- Enter your secondary-school or degree results.
- Pay the recruitment fee.
- Print the documents from SIR and sign them.
- Bring the signed documents in person to the recruitment office.
Admissions contact
Official admissions pageRecruitment Office (Biuro Rekrutacji), Akademicka 1, 47-400 Racibórz, Monday–Friday 07:30–15:30. A foreign secondary-school certificate must be legalised or carry an apostille and come with a certified translation into Polish; an up-to-date medical certificate from an occupational medicine doctor, health insurance and a personal questionnaire are also required. The recruitment fee for 2026/2027 is 85 PLN (100 PLN for Architecture). Foreigners pay tuition, set per field of study by a Rector's order; the amounts are not given on the admissions page. The Polish B2 verification applies to foreigners applying for studies taught in Polish; its 2026 dates have passed, so no deadline is listed here.
