Requirements & how to apply
- Create a profile on the online application platform, pay the first part of the registration fee and upload proof of payment.
- The Admission Committee checks the submitted documents for completeness within 14 working days.
- Take the online entrance exam (including language proficiency) within 14 days, with a maximum of two attempts, followed by an entrance interview.
- Pay the first-semester tuition fee and the second part of the registration fee within 14 working days.
- Educational documents are recognised by NAWA (up to 60 days).
- Sign the contract; the Academy prepares the admission package and visa documents within 14 working days.
- Enrol on the student list by presenting the original documents in person at the International Office.

An English certificate at B2 level or higher is required for English-taught programmes (e.g. IELTS min. 5.5, TOEFL iBT min. 72 points); it is not needed if the previous degree was taught entirely in English. Diplomas must be legalised or apostilled; documents are uploaded as PDF, JPG or PNG. For the February 2027 intake, evaluation of applications was due to start on 15 September 2026 and students must appear in person with original documents by 1 February 2027 (an enrolment date, not an application deadline).
